Barbizon was led by Graham Mitchell with @properties and Zach Pruitt & Brayden Schiff with Cawley Commercial representing the Landlord, this relocation signifies a strategic move for Barbizon, positioning itself at the heart of Chicago’s dynamic West Town Neighborhood.
With eight locations in North America and a presence in Europe, Barbizon keeps over 20,000 products stocked worldwide. Their expertise extends from venues like Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado, to the intricate lighting setups of television productions such as those for WTTW Chicago.
With this closure, Fulton Lofts continues to flourish, now reaching an impressive 80% occupancy rate and boasting a diverse community of tenants, including Barbizon. In addition to welcoming their newest tenant, Fulton Lofts renewed leases with two long-standing tenants: North Vending and K3PO.
