Cawley Commercial Real Estate Sells South Suburb Medical Office Building and Retains Leasing Assignment

Cawley Commercial Real Estate Principal, Rawly Lantz alongside Senior Associate, Justin Harris, recently helped facilitate the sale of a 45,000 square foot medical office building located at 9050 W. 81st Street in Chicago’s southside suburb of Justice. The two-story facility is anchored by tenant, Willow Springs Surgery Center, which is operated by the Nephrology Associates of Northern Illinois (NANI).

“The location offers great access to Chicago and Chicago’s southwest suburbs via I-294 and I-55, with a new full interchange being built less than a half mile from the building at I-294 and 88th Ave. We look forward to working with new ownership as they make substantial upgrades to the property so it can continue to serve the community’s medical needs for years to come,” says Harris.

Cawley Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, First Step Holdings in this transaction and will retain the leasing assignment going forward. They buyer was an undisclosed private local investor.
