Cawley Commercial Real Estate has completed a 244,343 SF long-term, industrial lease on behalf of Coda Resources at 2000 S. Rowell Avenue in Joliet, IL, a 399,930 SF newly constructed facility developed by Cabot Properties.
The Cawley CRE team of Frank Melchert, SIOR, Stevan Arandjelovic, and Simon Porras represented the new tenant in the transaction. Steve Ostrowski of Colliers provided landlord representation.
The 75-month lease provides Coda with a modern industrial footprint featuring intermodal access, 50 dock doors, and 36-foot clear height, positioning the company for continued operational growth and efficiency. The new tenant is expected to take occupancy in September 2026.
