Cawley Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of the Raccuglia Law Offices and assemblage of properties in Peru, a city in LaSalle County, Illinois. Director Non-Metro Industrial & Land, Jon Chamlin, closed the direct deal in a community in which he was born and raised. The Raccuglia family, well-known in the Illinois Valley hired Chamlin to liquidate the real estate portfolio of their late father attorney Anthony Raccuglia.

The assembled properties include a development property on the corner of NWC of Rock & Maple Drive, consisting of 0.67 acres of commercial land, and is one of the few remaining food and beverage lots on Shooting Park Road. The Law office constructed in 1968 will remain the local offices of Meyers Flowers Bruno Mcfedron & Herrmann.
