Cawley Commercial Real Estate recently closed on the sale of a 30,000 square foot, rail served industrial facility located on 10.5 acres of land. The building was located at 3710 S. California Avenue in Chicago and sold for $4,000,000. Matt Garland, Frank Melchert and Stevan Arandjelovic of Cawley Commercial Real Estate represented the owner, Romar Transportation who sold the site to an undisclosed private investor. The site was well located and offered an active CN rail spur.
“There were multiple challenges faced while selling the property, both the seller and buyer were able to overcome various hurdles to reach an amenable agreement,” said Garland.
