Cawley Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 15,000 square foot industrial building in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Avondale.

Located at 2419 W. George Street, the facility sits on a 20,491 square foot land site with current M1-2 zoning. Cawley’s team consisting of Zach Pruitt, Nicholas Schaefer, Frank Melchert and Stevan Arandjelovic represented to the seller, Precision Forming & Stamping in this transaction. Since 1955, Precision Stamping Company has served Illinois and almost 40 of those years were spent at their 2419 W George location. The owners of the building decided it was time for the next chapter of their life and sold their business.

“We were able to bring a new life cycle for the building, bringing in a local business who will use the space to accommodate their growing inventory and sales,” Schaefer said.

The undisclosed buyer was represented by David Brown of Harrington Brown.
