Cawley Commercial Real Estate’s O’Hare industrial team recently completed the sale of a 34,120 square foot free-standing industrial facility in Franklin Park. The building, located at 2706 Edgington Street was only on the market for one month prior to selling to a neighboring company. Principal Andrew Maletich, Vice President Matt Garland and Associate Dustin Albers represented the building owner, NCA Acquisition, in this transaction.
