Cawley Commercial Real Estate recently completed the sale of 1320 38th Street, a 3,600 square foot retail building located in Peru, Illinois. Senior Vice President, Jon Chamlin represented the listing and seller, The Stark Family.

“This is the second cannabis deal to be closed in the past year. I’ve been pursuing build to suits for cultivation applicants since the initial round in the State of Illinois. I continue to advise a number of cultivation and dispensary applicants and awardees in their site selection and entitlement. We are excited for the great deal of sales tax the city of Peru will receive in gaining this new user,” says Chamlin.

A special thanks to Kevin Schultz with Newmark for representing the buyer in this transaction.
