Cawley Commercial Real Estate Facilitates the Sale of a Free-Standing Building in the Fulton Market

Cawley Commercial Real Estate recently completed the sale of 451 N. Racine Avenue, a 16,350 square foot, two-story brick, steel, and timber building located on the northern border of Chicago’s Fulton Market.

Managing Principal, Zach Pruitt alongside Vice President, Nicholas Schaefer represented the private building owner, 1005 N. California LLC. in this transaction. Marco Federow with MK Asset Management represented the Buyer,  an Advertising Agency called, The Times.

“451 N. Racine offered The Times a unique opportunity to occupy a newly renovated office on day 1 in Fulton Market, while also the ability to put their creative stamp on the remainder of the building for their cutting-edge advertising firm”, says Schaefer.

The property was purchased for $2,800,000.00.
