Cawley Commercial Real Estate (Cawley CRE) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition and leasing assignment of a 67,500-square-foot warehouse with 5 acres of outdoor storage, located at 1400 Powis Road in West Chicago, near major intermodal hubs in the Chicagoland area.

The property was acquired by Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage, a leading investment firm specializing in outdoor storage assets and serving tenants nationwide. Zenith was represented by Cawley CRE, led by Frank Melchert, SIOR, with support from Matt Garland, Stevan Arandjelovic, and Simon Porras.

This investment marks a significant milestone for Zenith IOS as they expand their footprint in key logistics corridors. The property’s proximity to major intermodals makes it an ideal location for industrial operations requiring both indoor and outdoor storage capabilities.
