Andrew Bobak

Andrew Bobak is an Associate at Cawley Commercial Real Estate, specializing in industrial properties throughout the I-55 Corridor and greater Chicago market. He works with tenants, owners, and investors on warehouse, manufacturing, and outside storage requirements, with a focus on local and regional businesses.

Prior to joining Cawley, Andrew worked as a Financial Analyst at ML Realty Partners, where he focused on industrial underwriting, financial modeling, and property valuation. He graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Andrew communicates effectively in both English and Polish, allowing him to serve a wide range of clients across the Chicago industrial market.
