Since joining Cawley in 2011, Andrew has completed over $500 million in transactions. His clients come to him for straight answers, sharp negotiation, and follow-through from first tour to closing. Whether the assignment is strategic planning, a relocation, an incentives package, or a complex multi-parcel deal, he stays with it until it’s done.
In Bensenville, Illinois, Andrew secured all 107 homes in a residential neighborhood for his development client, persuading every owner to sell. The homes were demolished and replaced with four industrial buildings totaling 1 million square feet. The Illinois Real Estate Journal named the project Redevelopment of the Year in Chicago
