The lease was executed as a direct deal, underscoring Cawley’s ability to streamline negotiations and create value for all parties involved. The tenant, 4G Industrial Services, will occupy approximately 30,000 square feet of space, including 7,500 square feet of office, situated on 5.45 acres with heavy loading capabilities.
