Ascend Engineering, a software engineering firm specializing in UAV software and integration services, has secured 3,282 SF for its first Chicago office. This move highlights its expansion into one of the city’s most dynamic business districts.
North Vending, a provider of vending and amusement services, has committed to their fourth renewal for its 2,987 SF space.
