Mark L. Wilson

Mark L. Wilson served as the head of Leasing for Stahelin Properties. His responsibilities included creating and implementing marketing plans and leasing of the entire portfolio.

In his tenure, Mark has consummated over 1200 deals totaling of 174 million dollars of transactions in office, industrial, retail, and vacant land. This has been achieved mainly through fast response to clients’ needs, long-term relationships with existing clientele, the brokerage community, and membership in both NAIOP, and COLBA.

Mark’s most recent accomplishments are the coordination, acquisition, planning, zoning and disposition of 32 Acres in The Burr Ridge Corporate Park. One of the highlights was it is the first build to suit to sale in the company’s history. Upon completion, Mark also served as the project liaison between the client, contractor and ownership. He also coordinated the marketing, renovation and leasing of Royal Glen Office Center, which was concluded by leasing 35,000 s.f. to Infrasource, Inc.

Mark began his career at Equitec Properties Company in Oak Brook. One year later, Mark went to work for Stahelin Properties as a Marketing Representative. In the past 19 years, Stahelin Properties was a major part in growing the portfolio from 500,000 s.f. to 1,200,000 s.f.

Mark Wilson was born December 29, 1964 in Littleton, Colorado; however, he grew up in Western Springs, Illinois. He received a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois in 1987.

Mark currently resides in Glen Ellyn with his wife Stephanie, and son Mark Reagan.
