With a distinguished career manifested by strategic leadership and operational expertise, Dan Gallagher, who previously served as the Vice President of Property Management Services at True North Investments, has consistently demonstrated a profound ability to optimize assets and drive financial success for both clients and organizations. Gallagher’s proven track record of success as a dynamic professional and well-known for his ability to navigate complex contract negotiations, drive and reduce operational overhead expenses, master vendor relationships, push profitable performance, and deliver drive results across various sectors of the real estate and facility management industries.

In Gallagher’s previous role with True North Investments, he single-handedly spearheaded the development and implementation of a comprehensive company-wide rent detail tracker, revolutionizing the monitoring of cash flow for a nationwide real estate portfolio. This innovative approach facilitated transparent communication with investors and ensured accurate and efficient “cash flow” management of lease agreements across 3 Million SF industrial/commercial properties. Gallagher was also known for cost reduction in operational expenses by over 40% at True North Investments, showcasing a keen eye for cost management, increasing investor profitability, and operational efficiency.

Having honed his skillsets at reputable firms such as Cushman and Wakefield, where he specialized in tenant representation, he has since amassed extensive experience in asset management, facility operations, procurement, and strategic analysis. At Cushman and Wakefield, he co-managed a portfolio of 70 buildings nationwide with a value of $450 million in industrial real estate portfolio, implementing a groundbreaking contract notification system and overseeing project management, and tenant improvements. This expertise was further demonstrated through the management of 650+ vendors nationally the establishment of efficient service contracts, and unmatched relationship-building with vendors and clients.

In his role as Senior Sales Account Manager at Builders Chicago Corporation, Gallagher played a leadership role in driving business growth. He directed the acquisition and implementation of CRM platforms, and companywide software integration, and cloud-based systems, enhancing lead retention, customer records maintenance, and sales forecasting.  In addition, Gallagher led the company’s rebranding efforts, showcasing their versatility in both operational and strategic market-share, and gainful revenue objectives.

Gallagher holds a degree in Corporate Communications from Eastern Illinois University. There, he was a member of the PRSSA society and promoted several events on campus to assist in fundraising efforts for various organizations.
