C. L. Botthof, Jr. (Duke) is a Senior Vice President in the Industrial Services Group of Cawley Commercial Real Estate providing clients with services ranging from leases, sales, development, and land acquisitions in all phases of industrial real estate. Duke has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1971.

Before joining Cawley Commercial Real Estate, he held an Executive Vice President position with NAI Hiffman since 2000 and prior to that served as Vice President/Partner with Curto Reynolds Oelerich, Inc., the operating agent for Clearing Industrial District, Inc. He also held a senior sales position at Standard Rate and Data Service.

In 1999, Duke represented Prairie Packaging in a 520,000 SF Build to Suit for lease in Woodridge, Illinois. Developed by Catellus, this transaction was one of the largest of its type in the region.
