Allison’s prior roles have been in business development and account management in the title insurance and mortgage arenas. Additionally, she has successfully executed several real estate investments as a principal investor.

Ms. Malzone has an extensive network throughout Chicago real estate community including brokers, investors, as well as legal and banking professionals. Her experience and her network provide unique problem-solving skills and contacts that will benefit real estate transactions involving Title and Survey, Land Entitlement, Equity & Debt Financing, Investment Sales, & Marketing. Additionally, she thoroughly understands the foreclosure and court-appointed receiver process.

Allison has been a licensed real estate broker in Illinois since 2020; has held her mortgage professional license positions with National Underwriting Title companies, including Fidelity National Title and Stewart Title, and Attorney Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG). She has worked within the financial industry, representing borrowers and business owners. Additionally, Allison is the founder and leads the Realty KawFee Tawkk Networking Group, a national real estate networking group, and participates in other Chicagoland industry groups and events

Allison supports many local and national causes in her free time, including the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Families of SMA. Additionally, she is a health enthusiast leading an active lifestyle oriented around frequent exercise and healthy nutrition.
